THREE MONTHS OF PRIVATE COACHING FOR WOMEN AT A POINT OF CHANGE

The Reset.

For when you're ready for what's next, but find yourself defaulting to what's familiar.

You know you're ready for a shift—or a transition is already underway. But when faced with the unknown, it's natural to circle back to what you know, what feels certain, and the patterns that kept you safe in the past. Even when you approach the next phase differently.

The Reset gives you the space, support, and clarity to navigate this transition so you can move forward from who you are now and what you want for yourself now—without defaulting to who you used to be.

When what has worked no longer tells
you what comes next.

At a point of change, the question is rarely just, "what should I do?"

YOU MAY ALSO BE ASKING

"I know something needs to change—I'm just not sure what or how."

“Things are good on paper. Why doesn't it feel like enough?”

“I can't keep doing this the same way—but what actually comes next?”

Some transitions are easy to name.

You may be considering a career pivot, approaching retirement, navigating an empty nest, adjusting to a relationship shift, or responding to unexpected life circumstances.

Other transitions begin more quietly.

Your life still works in many important ways, but your relationship to it is changing:

What once felt meaningful no longer holds the same energy.

A role or identity you've carried well feels less like the whole story.

You find yourself making small adjustments around the edges, hoping for clarity, until a quiet restlessness—or simply a deepening sense of readiness—won't allow you to push it aside any longer.

You can appreciate the life you've built and still recognize that a part of you is asking for something more, or different.

Give what is changing the space it deserves

You've likely spent time thinking, reading, journaling, or talking with people you trust. You may already understand a great deal about yourself—and yet, that intellectual insight hasn't quite translated to address that quiet, persistent thought: “Is this it?”

Your life looks good on paper  and much of it may genuinely be good. Yet you feel unsettled, as if something is waiting for your attention.

You sense what needs to change, but don't yet trust it enough to take action.

You know what you want, but familiar doubts, expectations, and responsibilities get louder whenever you consider pursuing it.

You need dedicated time to understand what is actually happening before making any big decisions.

The Reset gives you structured time, space and support to stay with what you are noticing, move beyond the most obvious first answers, and discern what you genuinely want to carry forward.

Over three months, we look at the whole picture: what has changed, what remains important, what keeps pulling you back toward the familiar, and how you want to shape the chapter ahead.

What the Reset is designed to help you do.

  • Understand what is changing beneath the surface of the immediate question or situation.

  • Separate your own inner knowing from the external expectations, roles, and responsibilities that have historically shaped your choices

  • Strengthen trust in your own perspective and judgment.

  • Begin bringing responses into your day-to-day that reflect the changes you are putting into place.

  • Distinguish what to preserve, what needs to shift, and what you actually want more of now.

  • Catch old habits in real-time when a familiar, protective response tries to influence a present-day decision.

  • Make aligned choices that reflect who you have become, rather than who you used to be.

The Reset helps you move forward with greater clarity and self-assurance, making choices that feel considered, grounded and genuinely your own.

Your coaching experience is tailored specifically to your life, circumstances, and goals.  The Reset provides a structure, but the work within it is shaped around what is most relevant for you.

THE PROCESS

Reorient. Clarify. Create.

Using a three-phase process, The Reset  helps you take stock of what has changed—in you, in what matters to you, and in what you want now—so you can make your next choices from who you are today, rather than automatically returning to what has worked before. And when the answer isn’t clear yet, there is room to stay with the question long enough to discover what is.

 01.

Reorient

Understand where you are right now.

Each session gives you the opportunity to step back from the expectations and demands of daily life, giving you the space to notice what has truly changed—within you, around you, or both.

We look at what powers you, where your interests are now drawn, and where your current life hasn't caught up with who you've become.

02.

Clarify

Distinguish what matters most.

As the larger picture comes into focus, we untangle what you genuinely want from old habits and external expectations, while reevaluating the fears, assumptions, and reasons that have stopped you before.

We also make room for clarity to emerge without demanding an immediate answer.

03.

Create

Shape what comes next.

Clarity becomes meaningful when it begins to shape how you actually live.

We translate what you're discovering into real-time decisions, conversations, and boundaries—giving you space to practice different responses as you begin closing the gap between what you know and how you live.

Not sure whether The Reset is the right fit? Schedule a complimentary 30-minute conversation. We’ll talk about what’s happening, the kind of support that may be useful, and whether The Reset feels like the right place to start.

Why three months?

A single conversation can create an important insight. Three months gives you time to work with that insight in real life—to test new choices, notice what holds, and begin creating change that feels like your own.

It provides enough time to catch an old pattern in real-time, experiment with a new response in a high-stakes moment, and bring what happens back to coaching. That iterative cycle is how insights stop being ideas you analyze and begin becoming the natural way you live.

“I was at a crossroads, unsure whether I wanted to take the next natural step up the ladder or stay where I was. . .

The relief I felt in choosing my own path rather than following expectations was greater than anything I had experienced with a promotion.

It felt like coming home.”

LINDA RHOADS, PCC

Linda Rhoads, PCC, founder and coach at The Soul Spot.

I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach with 25+ years of leadership experience and training in Whole Person, Wayfinder, and trauma-informed coaching.

I work with women at points of change, helping them understand what is shifting, trust their own perspective, and make choices that reflect who they are now.

My programs reflect the kind of support I wish I had when I faced major transitions in my own life. Some were clear life-stage changes. Others were quieter: the growing realization that what I had spent decades building no longer quite fit the person I had become.

The Reset is private, one-to-one coaching with me, offered virtually to clients across North America and Europe.

Outcome and Clarity Session

What is included

The Reset is individualized around what you are navigating and what you want to create.

That's why we start with an Outcome and Clarity Session—to sort through and make sense of what’s happening, identify what feels most important, and shape the focus of our work together.

Ten Private Coaching Sessions

After your Outcome and Clarity Session, you may schedule up to three 1:1 coaching sessions per month over three months.  The nine sessions can also be spread over up to 5 months, depending on the pace that best supports you.

Personalized Resources

Assessments, reflection prompts, tools, and exercises tailored specifically to your circumstances and goals.

Midpoint Review

A structured pause to celebrate progress, evaluate what's shifting, and refine our focus.

Email Support Between Sessions

Ongoing access for questions, reflections, and real-time guidance as you test new responses.  Many clients ask for accountability prompts between sessions as they build new habits.

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU

Coaching is a collaborative partnership built on trust.

If at any point you feel the coaching is no longer meeting your needs, you are not locked in.

If our work is not satisfactory, you may discontinue at any time with one session's notice. You will pay for that final notice session, and I will refund the full prepaid amount for any remaining sessions beyond it, minus a 6% administrative processing fee.

Shape what comes next from who you are now.

You may already know what you want to change.

You may be facing a life stage or career transition and want to make it your own.

When we stray from the known, both the path and destination can feel uncertain. It's natural to reach for old patterns even when you are ready to approach your future differently than your past. That awareness of the shift between the way you created your present and how you want to create your future is enough for us to start a conversation.

We'll talk about what is happening, the kind of support that may be useful, and whether The Reset feels like the right place for you to start.
